Contact me right away! If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, all will be ok. If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for the costs to re-ship once it has been returned to me.

A certain number of days has to pass before a parcel is considered lost. This varies between postal services and countries so please contact me and I will advise. As long as you gave me the correct address, I can help.

Some countries charge an import or customs fee. Please be aware of your country’s rules before you place your order. I am not responsible for the fees incurred by your country's postal service. Your local post office sometimes holds your item waiting for payment. If this parcel is abandoned, unfortunately, I cannot offer a refund.

If your item was returned because you missed delivery, moved, gave the wrong address or left the item unclaimed at the post office, I ask that you cover re-shipping costs and provide reliable shipping address such as a friend or a neighbour.
If the package is returned to me and you do not want it re-sent, the shipping costs will be deducted, should you be entitled to a refund.
I will contact you using the email provided in your order.
After 30 days, any unclaimed items will be considered abandoned.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me at cassia@cassiabeck.com within 14 working days.
You, the customer are responsible for return costs. If the item isn’t returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund for the item.
