A Gicleé open edition print of my paper collage on an old book cover. A diving portrait print featuring the perfect swan dive. I made the original collage artwork for an exhibition in response to their theme "Metamorphosis". The original has sold but it was admired so much, I made it into a print and here it is! I explored the idea of how the human form changes as a dive is performed. They become an elegant bird as they fly through the air and then fish-like as they glide through the water. I wanted to emphasise this change with the diamond shapes almost creating a magical atmosphere as we look in wonder at this beautiful woman in all her perfection.
Ideal for the bathroom, bedroom or lounge as the main focal point or part of a larger art collection.
Printed on 308gsm Hahnemühle rag paper.
A heavy-duty, vegan certified matte paper made of 100% cotton rag with a natural white tone.
